Felt the urge to write down the main set of exercise I do at home. It's done impromptu, but I make sure I finish the whole set at least once, each time I do it.
Bicep curls - 5 kg dumbbell at 40 reps
Overhead tricep extentions - 5 kg dumbbell at 25 reps
Deltoid raise - 3 kg dumbbells at 25 reps
Wrist curls - 5 kg dumbbell at 25 reps
Push ups - 20 reps
Bench dips - 20 reps
Crunches - 20 reps
Basically that's it, I do it as and when I feel that I have energy to give. I do it before I leave the house, before I sleep, and anywhere in between when I'm at home. Let's just hope that this gets me somewhere!
Feeling determined.
